We created our talent programme for ambitious Data Scientists in Amsterdam, Stockholm, Düsseldorf, Oslo and Edinburgh. You'll start your 2-year programme in booming Amsterdam and work internationally to unlock the value of data and analytics for the various Lotteries of the Postcode Lottery Group, an international organisation with a social purpose that contributes to a fairer and greener world.
We operate Postcode Lotteries worldwide to raise funds for charity. You'll provide the Lotteries in various countries with the right models, using the best tools and state-of-the-art technology to help them realise their full potential.

You'll provide the Lotteries with the right models, using the best tools and state-of-the-art technology to help them realise their full potential. Lottery players have now raised over € 14.5 billion for hundreds of charities since 1989. These contributions have made us the third-largest private donor globally, following the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the Wellcome Trust (2021).

Programme set-up
What's in it for you?
International Talent Programme - Data Scientist
We offer a two-year international talent programme, where you will be trained and coached to be a top-notch analytic professional.
In these two years you will be working on different high-priority value cases across lotteries in Amsterdam, Düsseldorf, Edinburgh, Stockholm and Oslo.
2 year training & coaching GAIN by Rewire
You will be enrolled in the young talent academy of Rewire. You will join the the two-year programme AI & Data Talent Programme with a unique training approach by developing an integrated skill set, instructed by top practitioners from the field.
Interesting cases to work on
For example:
- How can we better leverage the power of analytics for our many worldwide beneficiary organisations?
- Which marketing channels are most effective?
- What is the impact of winning a prize on a player’s likelihood to continue playing?
- What should be the €-price of a ticket?
- What are your chances of winning a prize?
Excerpt of the compensation package
- a permanent contract (at one of our local Lotteries) with a competitive annual salary of € 45.000 - € 50.000 plus an end-of year bonus
- At least 28 days annual leave and 3 days to dedicate to paid voluntary work

Who are you?
Recently graduated (MSc)
...with excellent results in Econometrics, Mathematics, Computer Science or another quantitive field. You love using advanced analytics with large amounts of data.
International mindset
