Introduction
Are you an experienced transformation leader who knows how to help organisations scale, align and change across countries, teams and functions? This role is about much more than maturing agile practices. It is about helping shape and guide one of the largest organisational and product transformations in our history.
As Agile Practice Lead, you will operate at the intersection of organisational change, operating model design and agile transformation. You will partner with senior Product and Technology leadership to help build scalable ways of working across a multi-country environment, strengthening alignment, adaptability and execution at scale.
This is a role for someone who has led transformation in complex organisations and knows how to translate ambition into sustainable organisational change.
