This is what you’ll do:

  • Shape and embed a clear value and adoption approach for Group Data & Analytics, ensuring we focus on the right priorities and turn data initiatives into measurable business impact.
  • Develop and continuously improve the data operating model, aligning ways of working, governance, and delivery with the group strategy and data & analytics roadmap.
  • Drive adoption of scalable data and analytics products across markets
  • Create transparency around value, progress, risks, and dependencies, enabling better decisions, stronger alignment, and continuous improvement
  • Lead and develop a strategic team, fostering collaboration, curiosity, and a strong focus on impact during a period of growth and change.
