In this role, you will work closely with our Oracle Application Managers, Group and local Finance and HR teams, to implement, maintain, and enhance our Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. Your work will play a crucial role in building data-driven Finance and HR departments. And every day at work, you’ll be doing your part for all the thousands of charities we support!

As Oracle Fusion Cloud Product Owner, you’ll:

  • Define business needs in collaboration with Finance and HR teams and the driving force to deliver those Oracle initiatives.
  • Supervise quarterly upgrades, release management, and testing of new functionalities.
  • Build strong relationships with Oracle, Profource, APRO, and other HR suppliers.
  • Oversee the support engagements & SLA.
  • Manage issue resolution, prioritization, and escalation processes.
  • Maintain operational documentation, training materials on the internal Oracle Resource Hub.
