In this role, you will work closely with our legal director, counsels and coordinator to conduct legal research, develop and update legal documents, and support various international legal projects and initiatives.
Your work will play a crucial role in providing governance/legal advice and acting as a sparring partner for our legal teams in different countries.
As a Paralegal, you’ll:
- Conduct legal research on various legal matters.
- Participate in developing and updating legal documents such as agreements and corporate governance documents.
- Participate in developing and updating company policies on various legal matters.
- Support the legal counsels in various (international) legal projects and initiatives, contributing to their successful completion.
- Contribute to the effort to support the legal teams in the different countries where we operate lotteries by providing governance/legal advice and acting as a sparring partner.
This is how you describe yourself
You’d describe yourself as follows:
- You’re energized by working with colleagues towards a common goal.
- You have completed university (WO) or higher professional education (HBO) in Law, preferably General Legal Practice or Private Law.
- You have 0-2 years of work experience and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- You’re detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- You’re fluent in Dutch and English.
