A challenging board-level position for a tech and data-savvy, action-oriented assistant who thrives in a commercially driven marketing environment. And every day at work, you’ll be doing your part for all the charities we support.

In this full-time position, you will be the right hand of the CCO of the Postcode Lottery Group. You are aware of what is happening within the organization and have frequent contact with international, internal and external relations.

You see working under pressure as a healthy challenge. You prefer direct communication, short lines, and you are very service-oriented and flexible. You can work with little information and manage to work result-oriented and accurately without losing sight of the details. Prioritizing and quickly and flexibly switching between different tasks comes naturally to you.


As Personal Assistant CCO, you’ll:

  • Provide general support, including managing calendars, organizing files, handling email correspondence, and taking responsibility for the coordination and execution of events.
  • Arrange (business) trips, hotels, meeting accommodations and occasionnaly join these trips.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and minutes for timely distribution to relevant stakeholders.
  • Take care of handling invoices and expenses.
  • Maintain various contacts with the CCO's relations.
  • Engage with international colleagues in all Postcode Lottery countries.
  • You will be working closely with other PA’s in an enthusiastic, driven, and collegial team.
  • Act as a backup for the PA to the CEO one day a week.

This is how you describe yourself

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent working experience.
  • Several years of relevant work experience in a commercially driven marketing environment.
  • Excellent in Dutch and English (native English is a plus).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office 365.
  • Communicatively strong and tactful.
  • Proactive and hands-on.
  • Very service-oriented.
  • Representative and energetic.
  • Collegial and social.
  • Organizationally sensitive and integer.
  • Stress-resistant and precise in your work.
